Shabbat

We encourage participation in all of our services.

Are you interested in reading, assisting, leading, providing a d'var Torah or need to have a minyan for a yahrzeit? Want to learn to read Torah or haftarah? please contact Congregation Vice President for Operations, Janice Yellon.

Friday evening Kabbalat Shabbat services are held weekly at 7 PM. Check the congregational online calendar for details. We have family services, traditional services, a service including a speaker series, and unique services.

Are you interested in speaking at a future Kabbalat Shabbat service? Contact Janice Yellon.

We hold Shabbat morning services weekly, beginning at 9:30 AM at Congregation Etz Hadar. We plan for full Torah services at least twice a month, but will have a Torah service whenever we have a minyan. If we do not have a minyan, we still have a full service with a planned Torah study to replace the Torah service.
