NJOP’s Hebrew Reading Crash Course Level II is designed to improve students’ reading skills and fluency by introducing them to special pronunciation rules and basic Hebrew grammar to help them expand their Hebrew comprehension skills. Students will begin to recognize various parts of verbs and nouns, learn how to dissect words, and identify new words and phrases that will enable them to better understand the prayer book.
Level II uses familiar Hebrew prayers as instructional material. There are four teaching modules for you to choose from. Help your students master reading the most popular Weekday Prayers, Shabbat Prayers, High Holiday Prayers or the Passover Haggadah. Each student receives a free copy of the teaching module used by their class.

On Shabbat mornings at 11 am (NEW TIME) when we do not have a Torah service, we have a Torah study & discussion group. It does not require any preparation
or advanced knowledge of Hebrew or Torah.
You can also join us at 9:30 am for our morning Jewish services.
We read and study materials prepared for us by the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem. We have lively, fun and friendly discussions
and we would love for you to join us!

We have a new group for families
one Sunday a month.
Our next Family Fun Class will be announced soon.
Each class will focus on a Jewish Holiday and include some informal learning with stories, short videos and simple and fun activities.
We will create something to take home and something to eat as well. We will learn songs and prayers that focus on the holiday for that month and spend time together creating and learning.
This class is for all families and there will be something fun
